Follow Up Inspection to report #MLUU-CH4RF2 Area around freezer was cleaned. No signs of pests during time of inspection. Closely monitor area for pests. General cleaning done around the juice dispenser machine and sandwich prep area. Reminder that in operators absence, one person on site must have FOODSAFE Level 1. Send proof of class enrollment to Health Inspector.
