All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees C. or colder. General sanitation is overall good. Bleach water measured 100 PPM chlorine residual. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Ensure that sanitize cycle is used on dishwasher when running it. Ensure temperatures of freezers are also being monitored and recorded along with fridges.
