The following need your attention:
- remove the 2nd garbage bin from the food prep area ( it is obstructing easy access to the hand wash station )
- keep the garbage bin closed ( lid on )
- daily logs to be up to date ( will be mailing you a copy )
- ensure to have bleach in the spray bottle or store the wiping clothes in the bleach solution at all the times
