Routine Inspection:
- hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 200ppm chlorine bleach available
- Walk-in, preparation, glass display in storage area, and glass display for sweets coolers were 4C or lower
- Chest freezers were -18C or lower
- No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
