Inspection report: 255046

The following items have been corrected:
- separation of the food" processing" between sauces and "kitchen" still in progress
some equipment at the back will be removed so more space will be provided
- all frozen food items are transported to the main restaurant by refrigerated track / kept at - 18C
- janitorial sink/ area is enclosed
- FS certified staff is available on site when owner is away ( copy of certificate issued on October 14th , 2021 )
- daily temperature logs are up to date
