Observation: Front handwash station currently is out of service and requires repairs. Operator has indicated that work order is in place to repair the handwash station
Corrective Action(s): Operator has indicated that all staff is using the handwash station in the back for the meantime. The handwash station is in close proximity to the front handwash station and is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Continue with current handwashing procedures until front handwashing station is fully operational.
