Difficult to clean, possible sewer off-gasing, and possible access to breeding environment for drain/fruit flies which will be a problem in the breeding season. Corrective Action(s): Fix or replace lid such that it is tight fitting and easily cleanable as discussed. Violation Score: 3

Cooling units less than 4 C. Freezer below -18C. Handwash stations stocked. Good. Ice machine looks clean! Get it working. Quats auto feed at 200 to 400 ppm. General sanitation is good in kitchen area.
