Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A medium-sized insert of cooked potato was stored to the side of the cooler inserts. This will not keep the potatoes cold enough. Moved to fridge.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both hand sinks in the kitchen have buckets etc stacked in front of them, making them very awkward to use. Do not place anything in or in front of your handsinks.

Observation: A large fan is wired to the underside of a shelf above the chest freezer. Fan is dirty and is not designed to be taken apart and cleaned properly. Remove fan.
A pan was placed on top of the garbage can for food processing. Never use your garbage can for food processing or storage.

Observation: Overall sanitation is satisfactory but a few areas require attention:
1) The floor under the grill has accumulated grease and requires cleaning.
2) The rear hallway is very slippery with grease.
