Routine inspection conducted:
-Kitchen is a non-permitted kitchen as it is used to rent out to various vendors for events throughout the year
-All vendors are required to apply to Fraser Health for a temporary permit
-One Upright cooler/freezer combo : cooler at -1 deg C, freezer at -21 deg C, thermometers in both compartments
-Upright drink cooler at 1 deg C, thermometer inside
-2 compartment sink with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
- Sanitizer in spray bottle is at >200 ppm, dilute to 100 ppm (1/2 tsp bleach per 1 liter of water)
- Ensure there is bleach or sanitizer available for dishes at the 2 compartment sink
