2. Stains noted on the interior of the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aforementioned equipment. Follow your sanitation plan for regular cleaning schedule. Correct by: Immediately.

Observation: Bags of raw meats were stored on top of ready to eat food and vegetables in the glass-door and walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any raw meats beside or on top of ready to eat food, vegetables and fruits. Raw meats must be stored at a designated area away from other food. Move the raw meats to a proper area. Correct by: immediately.

Observation: One of the cooler door for the sandwich cooler at the kitchen area fell off from the hangers and unable to be opened properly. Broken door was able to seal the cooler and maintained the temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the aforementioned cooler door to ensure it can be opened freely and sealed properly. Correct by: June 14, 2023.

Routine inspection:
- Coolers (sandwich, glass-door, walk-in) maintained at 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer at -18C.
- Rice hot held above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle and from the dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 72C at the plate level.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
- Temperature records for June was not available. Ensure to maintain temperature records on a daily basis.
