-Follow up inspection to March 22, 2019.
-Facility has been serviced by professional pest control services. Two rodents were found in the facility. Cleaning and sanitizing of all affected areas has been carried out.
-Walk-in cooler has been services. Refrigeration gas was added to the unit and temperatures were at 4C. Evaporator still needs to be replace. While evaporator is being replaced, continue to monitor temperatures and ensure cooler unit is able to maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis.
-Foods were properly stored at the time of inspection. Foods were off the floor and raw foods were stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-Reviewed proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment with chef.
