Observation: Equipment and other food contact surfaces were not being sanitized. The low temperature dishwasher was not dispensing adequate amount of sanitizer.

Follow up inspection conducted for report #DSOG-B4GULZ:

- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at >24C at the plate's level. Rewash and resanitize ALL equipment, utensils, and other food contact surfaces.
- The operator is to monitor the low temperature dishwasher daily using appropriate test strips.
- Closure order rescinded. The restaurant may now reopen.
- A follow up inspection is scheduled in one week. All the deficiencies noted on report #DSOG-B4GULZ must be corrected.
