Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The soup broth was sitting at room temperature during inspection. Temperature of the soup broth was measured at 44 C. The onsite manager stated the soup broth was boiled in the morning (Approx. 4 hours ago) and waiting to be seasoned.
Corrective Action(s): This is not acceptable cooking practice for soup broth. Once soup broth is out at room temperature, it must be heated to 100 C immediately and then hot held at 60 C or above. Do not leave out soup broth at room temperature at any circumstances except being cooked or hot held.

Observation: 1. No hot water available at washroom handsink.
2. Kitchen handsink: water not draining properly.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Hot water must be available at all sinks. Re-connect hot water. Given 1 day to correct. After using washroom, all staffs must handwash again at the handsink in the kitchen.
2. Unclog the drain at handsink. Given 3 days to correct

Observation: The upright 2 door cooler door right handle was broken. The door handle was taped around.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the door handle properly. Do not use tape as this is not sturdy and cleanable. Given 1 week to correct.

Observation: No staff on site had FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
