Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser in accessible washroom is not functioning to dispense single-use paper towel. Staff placed paper towel in the washroom during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Repair paper towel dispenser to ensure it is able to dispense single-use paper towel. Alternatively, ensure washroom is supplied with paper towel away from potential contamonation. Ensure all hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to promote proper, frequent hand washing.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Sandwich cooler (top and bottom) at 4'C
- Under-counter drawer coolers along cooking line at or below 3'C
- All hot-holding units measured at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained on site
- General sanitation is excellent during inspection
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer
- QUATs sanitizer pail (X1) measured at 200ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- QUATs test strips available on site
- All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- Raw meat stored away from ready-to-eat foods
- All staff observed wearing hair nets and clean uniforms
- No signs of pests during inspection during inspection
- Pest control company is contracted to complete monthly inspections
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff is available on site
- Food safety plan is available
- Permit is posted in a conspicuous location

Notes:
- Cut fry procedures discussed with manager. Fries are stored at room temperature in water (55'F) for 1-2 hours before they are fried. All leftovers are stored in the walk-in cooler overnight.
