Routine Inspection with the presence of the owner- Mr. Anderssen. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - Hand wash sink and staff washroom were fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water. - No cooking and reheating onsite. Only warm up vegetables mixed with spices. Ingredients for Most of the products were vegetables. Only 2 products with cheese. No meat or seafood onsite unless for special order. Flexrolls delivered to various food stores. - Walk in cooler < 4C. - Walk in freezer, 4 chest freezers all measured < -18C. - 3 compartment sink was in use for cleaning and sanitation. 100ppm bleach detected in the 3rd sink. - Dry goods stored off floor. - No pest activity observed during inspection. - Staff onsite has FOODSAFE training.
