Follow-up inspection:

The following items have been corrected:
- Cold potentially hazardous foods being stored at room temperature are being time tracked with individual labels.
- No cooked dishes at room temperature was observed at time of inspection.
- Frozen foods observed being thawed under cold running water.
- Gap at bottom corner on screen door has been filled.
- Areas under deep fryer and wok area have been cleaned. A cracked egg shell was noted under deep fryer area and worker discarded it on site.
- Most handsinks were available and accessible for workers to use. Far back handsink near wok area contained brushes and cleaning items. Ensure that all handwashing sinks are accessible to use at all times.
- Operator has a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place and stated it has been posted on the website.
