Cleaning completed as directed on flooring and ice machine.
Scoop available for bulk food items.
All handsinks has soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water. Garbage can added to kitchen handsink.
Two compartment sinks caulking completed and extra drain plug obtained.
Test strips obtained, discussed reading ppm on gradient.
Temperature logs up to date.
Screen door temporarily fixed, operator will be replacing the screen by next routine.
Table outside and recycling items removed.
Lining of shelving units removed.
Spray bottles labeled and no evidence of single use equipment such as cans being reused to store food.
Revised food safety plans received onsite.
Permit fee $41.67 for May and June 2017 collected (TD cheque #228).

Note: take out table expanded but this area is still only allowed for assembling take out boxes, no food handling allowed as there is no handsink.
