Routine inspection: Stand up refrigerator was < 4 C. Stand up freezer was < -18 C. Temperature logs are kept daily. No evidence of pests. The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level. A min/ max thermometer was available on site. Ensure that it is checked daily. Bleach sanitizer solution was at 100 ppm. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Monthly menu is available on site. Discussed food allergies with the cook. Documentation on food allergies available on site and safe food preparation was discussed. General sanitation and organization was satisfactory.
