Routine

> Operator has rookie plan membership in the hot kitchen to prepare ready-to-eat meal plans for catering and direct pick up by customers.
> Workstation is assigned upon booking.
> Membership includes access to storage space in the walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer and dry storage. All designated storage spaces are clearly labelled.

> Walk-in cooler: 2C
> Walk-in freezer: -19C
> Dishwasher had final rinse temperature of 81.1C at time of inspection.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> Members are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing their own workstation and storage spaces after each use.
> Members are responsible for refilling QUATS sanitizer spray bottles at the start of each shift.
> As per YVR PREP sanitation plan, members must have their own test strips to verify the concentration.
> Operator has FOODSAFE level 1. Ensure to renew the certificate before it expires.
