- Flooring in the entire hot kitchen area has been refinished with a non-slip epoxy finish.

**Wooden stairs between the hot kitchen and storage/ upright freezer area has not been refinished. Refinish this area with same non-slip epoxy finish as hot kitchen area.

**Ensure that YVR Prep closes to all members if there is any construction work/ cleaning/ renovations/ space usage in the hot kitchen that restricts the use or access of the dishwashing facilities and equipment. Any member processing/ handling/ preparing food in the premises must have full access to the dishwashing facilities and equipment at all times.**
