-Walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -20C.
-Sandwich cooler was at 4C.
-Milk dispensers were less than 4C.
-Front dairy cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter coolers were at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76C (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails were at 200ppm. Sanitizer pails are changed every 2 hours - time stamp present on pails.
-Equipment sanitation satisfactory. Small amount of food debris found on the slicer. Ensure staff properly presoak equipment as needed.
-Spoons stored in a mixture of ice and water.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation satisfactory. Ensure staff are cleaning floor corners, under equipment.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. October report indicated pest activity at the exterior of the facility.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until September 7, 2024.

-Signature not required due to COVID-19 Pandemic.

COVID-19:
-Workplace COVID-19 safety plan completed. Safety information posted at the front entrance.
-Facility has resumed dine-in services.
-Seating capacity posted at the front entrance. Less than 6 patrons per table.
-Tables are physically distanced by more than 2 metres.
-Hand sanitizer available for customers at the front entrance.
-Markers placed on the floor to allow for 2 metres of physical distancing between patrons.
-High touch surfaces are sanitized every hour with Kay 5 100ppm chlorine based sanitizer.
