Comments

-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-3-door under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Front upright cooler was at 4C
-Back upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Meatballs were cooked to greater than 71C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach was at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pails and spray bottle were at 200ppm.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-Blender containers sanitized after each use.
-Ice machine was clean and well maintained. Ice scoops stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from contamination.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until October 02, 2026.
