Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food were stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy with raw meat at the bottom.
No food was being hot held at the time of inspection.
Dry storage rooms were noted organized. Canned goods were noted in good condition - no damaged cans observed.
Proper dispensers were available for bulk bin containers.
Food contact items were noted sanitary and in good condition.
No signs of pest activities were noted during the inspection.
QUAT sanitizer spray bottle was available. 400 PPM QUAT residual was detected.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 184F at the rinse temperature gauge and 71.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Overall sanitation and organization was satisfactory.
