Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handwash station did not have single use paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): All handwash stations must be accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Single use paper towels were placed at the handwash station at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Canned peppers were stored in the opened original can.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure canned foods are transferred to food grade containers with proper protection once they are opened to prevent potential physical contamination of foods. Peppers were transferred to an insert at the time of inspection.

Observation: Degreaser was stored in a Quats sanitizer spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are stored in properly labelled containers to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Some chemicals may be toxic or dangerous.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Front cooler (sauces labelled keep refrigerated) was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Pizza held at less than 60C time tracked and discarded after 2 hours.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer and plugs available.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalence valid until September 26, 2028..
