- 3 compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
- Drink stirrers stored in ice water.
- General food storage practice satisfactory.
- Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly inspection.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
