-Pest control company has been in twice, copy of work completed provided
-pest control to come back on Friday and then monthly after that
-All cupboards have been cleaned and sanitized with bleach solution
-All dishes and utensils are to be cleaned and sanitized before they go back in the cupboards
-temperature logs printed for operator during inspection, ensure temps are are logged daily
-Ensure any items that are no needed for operation are discarded or removed from the facility
-Operator can re-open the facility
