General sanitation is good. Handwashing stations (front/back) stocked with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels. Coolers at < or = to 4C. Note that the walk in unit near the back exit door is not functioning and is used for storage only. Chest freezer at -18C. Thermometers for cold units - available. Hot holding units in the front serving area measured at 60C. Crock pot hot holding unit for gravy measured at 60C. Insert thermometer - available. Fan hood - serviced/satisfactory. Surface sanitizer - available (Bleach at 100 ppm). Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing & satisfactory. Dry storage area - organized & off the floor. No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Washroom - clean, supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
