Observation: Faucet at the 3-compartment sink currently does not extend far enough to fill up the first and third compartment sinks. Person in charge however was able to add a tray in the meanwhile to fill up the third compartment sink with chlorine sanitizer and had an overhead sprayer.
Corrective action: Replace the faucet with another faucet that is able to effectively fill up all three sink units of the 3-compartment sinks.

Follow up inspection:
-Shelving units were available in the walk-in-cooler.
-A shelving pallet was available in the walk-in-freezer to keep meat products off the floor.
-Mirror was added in the washroom to cover the area of the wall where the paint was deteriorated.
-Garbage bins were available at the handsinks.
-A larger faucet was available onsite however still requires to be installed. Person in charge stated that they would correct this by June 10, 2019 as they need to re-order the faucet with an appropriate size fitting.

Health approval to operate from Fraser Health was granted given that the corrective action under code 311 will be undertaken. This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from any other government agency.
