Routine inspection: no changes to operation. Water is treated by reverse osmosis and goes through a 20, 5, and 1 micron filter. Reservoir is cleaned several times a year and filters are changes 2-3 times a year. Hand sink in back area provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Ice machine not in use. Bleach available for sanitizing work surfaces and the tips of filling faucets. Bottle washer using hot water available for use. Hot water reservoir observed to be 74 degrees C. New caps are provided after filling bottles.
