Bleach sanitizer available in a spray bottle at 100 ppm; test strips on-site. Labelled to say "BLEACH SANITIZER" during the inspection
High-temperature dishwasher reached 77c at the plate level upon final rinse cycle (min/max probe thermometer)
All coolers operating at </=4C; freezers at </= -18C; accurate thermometers inside; daily temperature records maintained
Food storage is ok: 6" off the ground, covered and labelled
General sanitation is good
No signs of pests observed
FoodSafe certified staff present. All kitchen staff aware of required 5-year renewal.
