Three compartment sinks repaired so that there is no water leak. Manual warewashing also properly set up with 3 drain plugs. ->Prep sink is still showing small amounts of water leaking from pipe, please redo this pipe to ensure there is no more leak. Food stored 6 inches off the ground. ->Reminder about container for potatoes as well. Back area properly cleaned, fryer and cooler included. Tzatziki sauce stored <4C today. ->Discussed to designate a shelving unit to store personal belongings/food in the fridge. ->Office area shall be reorganized as well. ->screen door in the back to be repaired by next routine Note: operator is proposing to add reusable dishware to facility.
