General observations: -Hand sinks stocked with soap, paper towel, and hot and cold water -The supermarket Zep sanitizer is suitable for usage as a no-rinse food grade sanitizer on all food contact surfaces, provided that it is used at the correct concentration of 200ppm. The automated wall dispenser at the 3-compartment sink dispenses the solution at the suitable concentration (ie. 200ppm) -Hot-holding units >/=60C -All freezers </=-18C -All coolers </=4C -No concerns regarding general sanitation at time of inspection -No signs of pests at time of inspection
