Please ensure food come from licensed and approved facilities.
Currently facility is getting food catered to facility in cambro from school district, single use utensils and containers. New cook expected to start in next weeks.
Kitchen mainly used for staff at time of inspection

Temperatures:
3 door cooler: 3.6°C
Staff and food meant for TREES kitchen kept separate
Chest freezer (Danby): -18.4°C
Upright cooler (Whirlpool): 10°C
Unit is not used by kitchen
Upright freezer (Frigidaire): -18.8°C
Unit is not used by kitchen

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
Facility has bleach on site, but not in use; kitchen currently for staff use at time of inspection
High temperature dishwasher not on at time of inspection.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
