Observation: At the time of inspection scoops for dispensing dry products left directly in dry products. Staff member using a new single use plastic bag around hand then dispenses dry products for customers.
Corrective Action(s): Store all scoops and other dispensing utensils outside of dry products. Ensure food is protected from contamination at all times. Correct immediately.

Routine inspection:

Walk in cooler with self serve windows at or below 4 degrees C.
Beverage cooler at 6-7 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods displayed.
Front area freezer at -25 degrees C.
Bulk food bins maintained in a sanitary manner. All bulk foods are dispensed by staff.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
No pest damaged food containers/packaging observed. Continue to monitor for pests and take necessary corrective action. Clean underneath and behind equipment, shelves, etc. on a frequent basis.

Store is limited to 4-5 customers at a time. Masks are required. Prepare and have onsite available for review a COVID-19 safety plan.
