- Hand washing stations fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius. Walk in cooler door requires a new door closing device.
- Freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius
- Temperature logs maintained. Logs used to verify unit temperatures
- Food tracking system with time stamps in place.
- QUAT sanitizer at 200 ppm.
- No indication of pest activity at the time of inspection. Pest control in place.
