Routine inspection. All coolers are at 4c or below. Walkin freezer at -18c. Ice dispenser is in sanitary condition. New starbucks self serve machine has been added to customer area. note: General machine cleaning is done daily and more detailed deep cleaning of machine is done on weekly basis. All foods are being stored at least 6 inches off the floor Foods are being stored separately from chemicals. Quat sanitizer in spray bottles at 200ppm concentration. Spray bottles are labelled appropriately. Quat sanitizer in 3 compartment sink at 200ppm concentration. Overall sanitation is adequate. No pest issues noted during inspection. Abel Pest control does routine inspections. manager onsite has provided copies of last pest control inspections to environmental health officer during time of inspection. The following requires operators attention: 1. see above noted violations 2. Ensure to keep on top of deep cleaning- which includes inside the walkin freezer and walkin coolers.
