Hot water temperature measured at 72 degrees C. - Hand sinks noted on previous report are accessible and adequately supplied (liquid hand soap, single use paper towels, hot and cold running water) - Three compartment sink is fitted with three built in drain plugs and is supplied with hot and cold running water, detergent, and sanitizer at 200 ppm quats - 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles - Equipment in clean condition - FOODSAFE Level 1 certified staff member on site.
