Routine inspection conducted. Facility is well maintained and in good sanitary condition. The following observations were made: 1. Temperatures - All chest freezers at -18C or below - Walk-in cooler / display cooler units at 3C - Beverage coolers at 3C 2. Other Comments - Area is generally well-lit at the store-front - Quick audit of store products did not reveal any expired baby formula / meal supplements. Cans were all in good condition, no dents noted - All food products were stored at least 6" off the floor - Restroom hand sink stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels - No evidence of recent pest activity at time of inspection. Ensure that you regularly sweep all areas of the store to keep it in good sanitary condition
