Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Dried up food residue was observed on 2 vegetable dicers and blade of mixer/blender.
Correction: Remove any food residue, clean the equipment and sanitize it. Ensure that the equipment is maintained in good sanitary condition.

Follow-up inspection conducted to the routine inspection (report #TGIL-CD6SQB) and the following observations were made:

- Facility has corrected all outstanding violations.
- Equipment were maintained in clean and sanitary condition.
- Dry storage room has been cleaned and no sign of food debris observed.
- Storage cabinets have been cleaned and re-organized.
- Vents have been cleaned. No signs of grease build-up noted.
3 compartment and 2 compartment manual dishwashing signage was provided during inspection.

Note - The facility was advertising Vaisakhi event to be held on April 10, 2022 that involves outside langar stalls and food being served outside to the public. The proposal was discussed with the Person Incharge during inspection. Please submit the temporary event application to the district EHO by the end of the day to obtain health approval.
- Please be advised that the proposed event must not proceed without health approval. In future, a temporary event application must be submitted 14 days prior to the event.
