Observation: Mildew noted inside ice machine

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No approved sanitizer made in facility at time of visit. Staff indicated Colorox spray used to disinfect high touch surfaces for covid is also used as sanitizer for food contact surfaces at the front area. Used test strips to check concentration and 0ppm noted.
Corrective Action(s): Disinfectant for high touch surfaces is not meant as sanitizer also. Bottle also does not indicate sanitizing direction. Facility has bleach on-site and sanitizer in bucket made during visit. Bleach sanitizer noted at 200ppm at end of visit. Approved sanitizer must be available at all times.
This violation has been noted previously for several times. Correction order will be issued at follow-up inspection.

Observation: 1. A lid is noted inside the kitchen handsink. Also a bag of tea whitener is placed on the floor in front of the handsink, blocking access.
2. No soap noted in washoroom.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Handwashing station must be clear of items and must be accessible at all times.
2. Replenish liquid handsoap in washroom.
