Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C69QW3.
All concerns in report#JCHY-C69QW3 have been addressed.
-Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks are clear from obstructions to facilitate proper handwashing.
-Proper handwashing observed by the staff.
-Hot-holding units measured above 60C or higher. Bacon and beef patties measured at 66C 74C internally respectively. Gravy measured at 69C internal temperature. Operator informed that he has educated staff on proper reheating/cooking of food menu items prior to hot holding the items in the hot-holding units.
-Can opener blade observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure the can opener is cleaned and sanitized after each-use.
-QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. QUATs sanitizer buckets are changed every 2 hours or when visibly soiled.

Operator informed that the ice cream machine is cleaned and sanitized daily. Deep cleaning of the ice cream machine is done weekly by designated staff.
