Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at - 18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
- Bar glasswasher achieved minimum level of iodine (>12.5ppm) at final rinse.
- Pop gun/holder in sanitary condition.
- Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit. Traps in place.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop satisfactory.
- Foods delivered from approved sources.

General sanitation level satisfactory other than mentioned above.
