Observation: Ambient air temperature of under the counter freezer next to soft serve ice cream machine -8 degrees C. Drawer freezer in main food preparation area at -9 to -13 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor both freezers and ensure -18 degrees C or less. Service if required. Correct by March 22, 2019.

Observation: At the time of inspection cold water supply to hand sink at cake decorating station turned off due to leak at tap.
Corrective Action(s): Operator aware of issue and has called a plumber to service the leaking tap. In the interim, staff to wash hands at the main food preparation hand sink. Correct by March 22, 2019.

Routine inspection:

Front area hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in containers. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Both 3 compartment sinks dispensing quats at 200ppm. Test strips available for use.
Soft serve ice cream machines cleaned and sanitized with Kay 5 sanitizer solution. Note: premise is currently out of Kay 5 sanitizer packets. To order some immediately.
Preparation cooler for smoothies at or below 4 degrees C.
Toppings cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Meat well for freezer at -14 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C or less.
