Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer was tested to have over 200 ppm chlorine residual and bleached out the test strip.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to mix only 1 tsp of bleach per litre of water. Diluted spray bottles at time of inspection.

- Two walk-in freezers measured at less than -18C.
- Walk-in cooler measured at 2C.
- Facility manufactures raw lamb, beef, and chicken donair cones, pre-cooked and frozen loaves (that are later sliced), spanakopita, tzaziki sauce, and hummus.
- Facility was not in production at time of inspection.
- All production equipment was observed to be maintained in sanitary conditions
- General sanitation is excellent
- Pest control is in place; no signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Hand washing station and washroom properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Two-compartment sink for dishwashing maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Food prep sink in maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Dry storage areas satisfactory. All dry ingredient bins maintained in sanitary conditions.
