Follow-up inspection conducted for report #257446.
Construction in accordance to approved floorplan.
QUATs dispenser measuring at 200ppm. QUATs spray bottle measured at 200ppm.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Thermometers present in all cooling units.
Holes patched in walk-in cooler.
Plexiglass, physical distancing signs present in accordance to communicable disease plan.
Liquid soap and paper towel dispensers installed at all handwashing sinks.
Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
One drying rack installed at 3-compartment sink.

TO DO:
Install additional drying rack/shelving near 3-compartment sink for containers, bulk-bins drying.
Seal plywood plank on dry storage shelving. All food contact surfaces must be easily cleanable, non-porous material.
Removal all unrelated items prior to operations.

Health Approval granted. This approval does not exempt you from getting approval from other regulatory agencies.
