Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. 100 PPM QUAT detected in the QUAT sanitizer spray bottle. Wall mounted QUAT dispenser noted with between 100 - 200 PPM QUAT.
2. Dried on food soil noted on the blade of the can opener.
Corrective Action(s): **Issues corrected at the time of inspection**
1. Manager manually added more QUAT to the existing QUAT sanitizer solution - 400 PPM QUAT detected. Contact your chemical representative and have them adjust the concentration on the wall mounted dispenser so the appropriate concentration can be dispensed when required.
2. Can opener was cleaned and sanitized during the inspection.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
Freezer unit was at -18.0C.
Hot hold units were holding food at above 60.0C.
Low temperature dish machine was detected with 50 PPM chlorine residual.
Did not observe improper dispensers used and stored within bulk food containers.
Cleanliness and organization of the facility was excellent. Interior of the ice machine and cook line was noted sanitary.
Utensils and food contact items were noted in good condition.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Manager onsite has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate - recently completed in the last two months.
