1) Rodent droppings noted in the back corner in the cookie dough room.
2) Flour beetle noted.
3) House flies noted in corners.

Pest report reviewed - pest technician as noted minor cockroach issue in lunch room, and other minor pest issues. Pest technician attends facility twice a week.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Clean and sanitize area where pest droppings are found.
2) Work with pest technician to control and monitor pests.
3) Ensure ingredients are checked for pest damage prior to use.
