Observation: Operating permit was not available onsite. Manager stated that they have decal but no Health permit.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that a valid Operating Permit issued by Fraser Health is posted in a conspicuous location during facility operation. If the Permit has been lost or misplaced, a replacement permit can be requested from Fraser Health.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Stainless steel freezers and walk in freezer recorded at or below -18C
- Hot holding units recorded above 60C
- Few containers of sliced onions and tomatoes were stored at room temperature and time tracked. Time tracking labels were verified and staff stated that food is discarded after 4 hours.
- All handwash sinks had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in sanitizing pails and 3rd compartment of dishwashing sink.
- Food storage and handling practices found satisfactory.
- Facility maintained in good sanitary condition.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Manager has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp October 9, 2023)
