Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BEJTBA: - All potentially hazardous food items (ie meats, dairy products, sliced vegetables, sausage rolls) stored inside the front display cooler and prep cooler at < or = 4C. - The upright cooler with sliding door has not been fixed. Only bread/bagels and other non potentially hazardous food items being stored inside. Once you fix or repair the cooler, ensure that the cooler maintains temperature < or = 4C. - There is adequate cold storage space up front and inside the walk in cooler. - General sanitation is satisfactory. - Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels. - No other concerns noted.
