- Staff discarded the traps at the time of inspection. Ensure to place the new ones in the same spot.

- Dust build up observed around the electric cables & the panel box.
- Grease debris observed underneath the 2 compartment sink (by the corners), on the grease trap.
- Drying rack is soiled.
- Wooden cabinet observed with debris on the base.

- Clean the areas noted above. Use hot water and degreaser to remove grease debris. Ensure to sanitize all corners to prevent pest.
